1. Are there ID requirements or an age limit?

Yes, 18 years of age Required. ID needed to verify age.

2. My group has 4 people but the rooms only have 2 beds, where does everyone sleep?

4 person rooms include 2 Full size beds that can sleep 2 each. Highly suggested to bring air mattresses.

3. What is the Refund Policy?

ALL sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, Except deposits for a trip that has been cancelled by EPIC! Trvl due to unforeseen circumstances causing the trip to no longer continue. If trip sign-up minimum is not reached by deadline, all packages will be refunded.

4. When can I pay the remaining balance?

Full Remaining balances need to be paid by deadline provided, or up to 15 days prior to check-in date. Deposit reservations will receive a follow-up email with remaining balance payment options and deadline.

5. Do we have to be a registered student to participate in this trip?

We do not require reservations to be made by students.

All pricing is based on hotel maximum occupancy. If rooms are not filled to maximum occupancy, the group members are required to pay the remaining associated fees. Remaining fees vary and are based on hotel and availability so please check with us regarding cost. Standard max room occupancy are 4 people per studio unit with only 2 FULL size beds, 6 people per studio unit with 2 beds and sofa/couch. Unit sizes are not guaranteed and are based on availability. For groups of 5 or 6, it is highly suggested to bring air mattresses, the hotel does not offer any additional bedding but rooms have space for additional mattresses. **Each hotel room requires a $100 fully refundable incidental room deposit made by credit card at time of arrival.
